I think a 3 lane could cause confusion at times. I do not see why they do not plan for a 4 lane. What happens if there is an accident.
The Minister is nicely dressed and looks very professional. Thanks for posting Amral.
However, he did admit that this project was the idea of the former Government. Nothing innovative.
I raised this question before and someone suggested it was three lanes going and three coming, like a double decker. The artist impression only shows three lanes.
My comment was based on a artist impression of the new DHB. The video impression that Amral posted make Guyana look like America.

Good sir Amral, you are so silly confused because you don't understand PNC arithmatic. Hon HE Granger is a clever man and knows 2+1 = 4. Hon Dr B Jagdeo see this trickery and work with my niece to expose it. This PNC will claim 4 lanes and pocket one lane for themselves and only give us 3. The PNC will say 2 lanes one way in morn, 2 lanes the other way in afternoon makes 4, so 2+1 =4. Good sir Amral, accidents don't count by PNC. Hon Dr B. Jagdeo and my niece will make sure accidents count.
Princess Di, is your niece Putagee and about 20 to 25 ?
