It has become obvious that the P.P.P is on a drive to get rid of the pulice Service Commission and have everyone put on a contract system.
this my friends is a technique that has many downsides to it.
1.This will allow for person to be fired on the spot when they see the non sense of this administration.
2.These Contract can be manipulated to suit the employer.
3.The Pay/Salary can be ajusted to suit the applicant. they can be paid more or less. unlike the P.S.C which has a set salary structure depending on your position.
