But I agree, there may be a new ministry created for that. Adequate and cheap electricity is crucial to growth.
I did ask Cheddie in 1992 at a luncheon to pay alot of importance to that issue.
Somebody, advised him to buy some Wartsila Gensets.
The wrong decision it was. And the PPP did continue on down that same road. Even they experience the failures of that decision.

Cheddie was busy trying to make sure Rohee and the other bicycle thieves from Metropole were being fed pampered and taken care of by the state.

He could play a role in the country's government. Not sure which, but something. I do agree with him on the stance that his father's PPP ought to be more Western facing.
He should hit the "pavement", go visit the PPP base, give them assurance that their rights are a priority and push to remove the current batch of PPP corrupt core.

I will not be suprised if Gerhard will be working in that position with Uncle Moses.
Joey should be given Minister ranking not Junior Minister rank. The man brought over his one thousand diehard Jaganite supporters to the coalition. In the Middle East that would be a tribe or a clan.
