NIS NOW IS OFFICIALLY IN DEFICIT AND CANNOT PAY ALL OF ITS FINANCIAL BILLS ON TIME ANYMORE.

Almost every pension fund struggle with this from time to time. Just a few years ago the US SS system was in trouble, a few real changes and actuarial assumptions solved the issue. Further, these funds in the hands of private fiefdoms run by PPP ministers is atrocious. NBS is failing as well for no less.
