@Django True the IMF document suggests differently but there is no doubt under the Burnham terms Guyana was an economic disaster.

BJ is a politician but a very good even if you don't agree or like what he does or say and I don't.

The fart in the elevator was the question re: Irfann, you could feel the room shrinking around him.

Not all the years was bad , the problems started in the late 70's to mid 80's.

Jagdeo is a CON , that what they do, try to sound impressive.

@Django Maybe not, but the quality of life for all was poor, it's infrastructure a mess and only second to Haiti above the poverty line. Stats prove somethings correct, but the reality on the ground spoke a different a story.

Both the PPP and APNU have the worst presidential candidates I have seen in while. I think Granger is good man but a terrible politician and far to old and not well enough to really project himself in this election he's a reluctant politician at best.  Irfaan (Oh bhoi) a complete utter car crash when Jagdeo spoke about him and tried to reel off the reasons  why he was the best candidate you could see no one zero, zip, nada believed him.

Having said that despite my dislike for him, he puts himself forward and stands his ground, I just don't see anyone in APNU doing the same.

Don't tell Django the truth, he was told not to listen. He is a full time PNC mole on GNI.
