Back in the PNC days Guyanese didn't even have eggs that fall out of fowl batty freely. We may be going back to those days.

In all fairness to politics and politicians, Guyanese experienced good and bad from their respective leaders despite of your personal feelings to hate someone because of race. PNC ideoogy was good for some and bad for others. The same can be said for the PPP since blacks showed love for Jagdeo, but never voted for him.                

It all comes down to race when you look at the big picture. People didn't care much about the economy, good governance or accountability. It was all about the comfort zone that put people's mind at ease. Blacks feel comfortable with a black leader, as Indians feel cozy with thier own kind.

There were good and bad in both major political parties depend on how you look at life in decades before now. Our political culture were designed to be the way it was. We can debate the success and failures of our government from now to the next janam, and we can't undo what has done in the past. 

Good will not come to Guyana until politicians can challenge masa demon to divide and conquer our tiny nation into a hate war. When we have someone that is brave enough to challenge the statues quo, only then Guyanese will witness a new beginning in our political culture. Until then, we can only dream. 

People like yuji, caribj, warrior, and "Black/Indian only Guyanese" are bad for unifying Guyana.
