No marked increase in murder rate or serious crime from May to September 2015

At the end of May 2015, murders were up by 12% and serious crime had increased by 10% under the PPP watch. See press release with stats.

According to yesterday's report, at the end of September 2015, the increase in the murder rate was down to 5% from 12% at the end of May. The increase in serious crimes remained constant at 10% at the end of September vs at the end of May 2015.
