Mitwah, I don't have time to go through the budget numbers. If you will, please list the major sources of revenue in the 2016 budget and the planned expenditures. Please point out which are related to outstanding debt on May 11, 2015 since you made that point. You may also list what is also earmarked for the rehabilitation of the destruction left by the PPP/C. It is important that a government earn income to do the necessary work.

I have no problem with Coalition raising gun licence to $100,000 or even $300,000 but free up the system so that all businessmen can secure a licence.

More revenue is good.  VAT should be reduced by 1% or 2%.

No it isn't.  It doesn't show hidden obligations. It also doesn't take into account bogus accounting, where money is reflected as being present, when actually it isn't.  Or debts incurred, but not reported to the Bank of Guyana.
