-Many of the old die hard PPP past away
-Many of die hard supporter migrated to the good old USA/Canada/Caribbean (or any country that will take them)
-Many youths (not eligible to vote in 2006) want change (AFC)
-Race imbalance may be even between Indians and even Afro-Guyanese
-Too many people fed up with the PPP and PNC, thus AFC will get their votes.

The PPP must be shaking in their boots; no wonder Jagdeo is begging for voters "not to waste their votes". People are making the right choice - AFC

Telling people not to waste their votes is the right thing to do. What GR was doing by talking to voters in the dungeon of Guyana, followed by a cameraman is called begging for votes without the begging bowl.

Thst intersting because the people who are less likely to vote are always those who are totally disaffected and who feel that voting is a waste of their time.

More of these voters coming out will mean fewer PPP votes.

You can only waste your vote if you do not vote. And every party should be encouraging all Guyanese citizens who are eligible to vote, to come out and exercise their democratic right.

The composition of the opposition parties might become an interesting item to observe.
keep repeating that to yourself ,you might come to belive it

Well in under a week we will know. Expect results by dec 1 to give the PPP a chance to rig. If they do so expect post election violence, against the PPP...maybe even against Granger if he tries to stop them.

Since the last elections the people have had the opportunity to assess the achievements of the parties in Parliament. Apart from opposing what else did these parties achieve?

We will know what Guyanese wthink on dec 1 after the PPP ha sfinished cooking the books. They betetr give the PNC some otherwise the "we fed up of di collie" crowds will amsss and will accuse Graninger of being a "collie" if he tries to stop them, just as they did to Hoyte.

One thing though. The days when PPP supporters could vote PPP then flee to barbados are over. They will truly have to deal with the consequences of that whicyh they supported. Barbados no longer wants tham and has no more use for them.

One of the main factors and results for the 2011 election.

If the PPP gets 45% and only barely wins region 6 what will be the reason?
