Norway’s Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg in discussion with Guyana’s President Donald Ramotar during a meeting at the Rio+20 conference in Brazil, where he reassured President Ramotar of Norway’s  support for Guyana’s Low Carbon Development Strategy
