Over the years we have seen the PPP spending WILDLY on some massive projects that they try to tell the people will catepult the nation a more developed status - case in point SKELDON FACTORY.

Guess what, all of these projects have failed causing the nation to lose billions in great value and leaving the taxpayers will billions more in debt.

Shut down the Skeldon factory and you will kill Corriverton. They don't have trains to pump train wheels.

They could have easily kept the OLD SKELDON factory alive and save Guyana and Guysuco $47 billion.

Still keep Corriverton alive as a town.

I think if they had done a feasibility study, they would have realised that they did not need a huge factory. Now they need to understand what is a realistic yearly production goal and get rid of the excess. Run it efficiently.

Moron, GPL receives similar subsidies. Despite close to half a billion US already spent, the sugar industry is receiving  close to 6 billion G a year in additional subsidies.  You do not speak to the rotten corrupt PPP who mismanages both GPL and GUYSUCO but the poor people who benefit from pittances.
