FCH had experimented with some of these!
I just saw 60 minutes and saw what the Americans are doing. Seaweed, scallops and mussels farming don't need much capital investment.

Those things need clean water and a sandy ground to grow. Our coast is all mud.
The Americans are using the Atlantic ocean to farm the seaweed. I cannot see it being any cleaner than Guyana Atlantic.
