Of mansions and fat bank accounts

DEAR EDITOR, When the PPP held a majority in parliament under Jagdeo, everything moved at constant speed. We saw the light of funds leave the treasury, hit the projects’ mirror on the roof and balance the books back at the treasury. With their Einstein theory perfected, they then came up with the formula, E=mc2.   This represented the relationship between “money in your pocket” (m) and “every project” (E), with (c) being ”cashing in on speed and secrecy.”  Jagdeo found that by secretly signing deals approaching the speed of light, c, the money in your pocket, m, also got heavier. If the PPP had the majority and were able to continue at c, every project budget, E, would have been infinite.  Unfortunately, Kaieteur News was moving at half the speed in the opposite direction and discovered that the funds traveled upward along a diagonal path, struck the projects’ mirror, and then traveled downward along a diagonal path before entering the treasury to balance the books. What this meant was that we all saw the budgeted allocations, but Kaieteur News saw different money paths, mansions and fat bank accounts. Joe Owen
