The Chief Justice went to great length to express how silly all these cases are and just as she was finished Forde informed her of his intent to file an appeal. I almost saw disgust in her expression when she heard that.

The Chairperson needs to be proactive and re-issue her directive to Lowenfield to produce his report by this afternoon. She cannot sit and wait to see what APNU+AFC is going to do. She is somewhat responsible because she should have put her feet down since March to stop the nonsense but since hindsight is 20/20 she has the benefit of doubt but there is no doubt anymore that the Coalition is just seeking to further delay her doing her job. I can't see any reason why she cannot re-issue her directive to Lowenfield or anyone else who will respect it.

There is only one solution in this particular case. Not even a crow bar will move the PNC. Deh gat de country. Street protests will be the only thing. There will be fighting in the street though, pro Granger versus anti Granger. 

How can the PNC ever balance a budget when they can't ever do the arithmetic.

PPP/C street protests will be tonic to Granger. His thugs will infiltrate the peaceful protests and beat innocent people and damage property and Granger will blame the PPP/C and declare a State of Emergency.

The PPP/C is doing the correct thing by restraining its supporters. External pressure will seal Granger's fate. The 33-nation OAS is meeting today. They may give Granger a deadline to step aside.

They forgot that the PPP's Prime Minister was a  General in the army.
