It is my understanding that Adolph Hitler came into power by a majority of one. Thus, the PNC attempt to confuse the world that 33.5 is not a majority is absolute trash. The number 33.5 in round whole numbers would be considered 34. Anyone trained in basic mathematics would confirm such. Therefore, I commend Mr. Ralph Ramkarran, one of Guyana's most brightest legal minds, on supporting that 34 is considered a majority. It is my fervent hope that the Granger Led Administration would move full speed ahead and have general elections early in 2019..
