Quite Impressive. This Cinema has a great history and is a landmark for Berbice Cinema.

Many Moons ago, Roopmahal Cinema used to have first release of India Overseas International Movies. I saw the Movie Sholay at Roopmahal and it was sold out show.

I hope that they do not Invite Dumbo Granger to open it.

I do not think there is a market for cinemas anymore in Guyana. People are brainwashed with the TV now.

Not true Amral, look at what we have here, there is no alternative to a big screen with certain movies. Imagine X rated movies in 3D, yessssss.

The owners of the two cinemas are related (brother and sister I think).

in NA there more to the cinema, video games, shopping, snack joints etc. In Guyana the average person will not have the kind of money that will be required to enjoy those things. And for the cinemas to attract people you need other entertainment there
