OPP issue Amber Alert for missing 13-year-old girl

OTTAWA — Peterborough County OPP have issued an Amber Alert for a kidnapped child in Douro/Dummer Township.

Police say 13-year-old Victoria Larabie was picked up by an unknown person driving a black SUV on Sunday at around 11:20 a.m.

The investigation thus far reveals that the girl may be being held against her will and that she was in the Norwood area heading toward Highway 115.

OPP say the girl is known to have associates in the Oshawa area.

Victoria has piercings in the eyebrow, lips, ears and belly button, stands five-foot-eight and weighs 135 pounds.

She has black hair and was last seen wearing black tights, purple shoes and a black sweater with pink, white and grey circles.

Anyone with information or who sees the girl is asked to call 911.
