It seems insane, that further pressure of a charge will be placed on a person attempting suicide.
With every suicide attempt, a person's emotions might be overwhelmed and their rationality mighty be at zero.

Some suicides have nothing to do with depression or addiction. A great majority are impulsive. I agree it should be decriminalized and professional help be provided to those who attempted it.
