Can't help you here pal. I am not a tech guy. However, many years ago, at&t acquired Bellsouth and then partnered with Yahoo. They asked that I reset my email which I did and had to go through at&t/yahoo to access my bellsouth.net emails (at&t keeps effing with the iPhone email settings for bellsouth.net which causes me some aggravation accessing emails on the iPhone. I know, I should move away from bellsouth.net but I am a traditionalist) Now what does all of this mean to you? Probably nothing or maybe Rogers had a kind of merger with another server which is causing you those issues. But then again, I have no IT knowledge. Maybe Druggie or Mr. T can help. Good luck.

All of that look normal. Maybe there was a similar merger like in my case. Mine went from .bellsouth.net to .att.com and the password that I used to use on bellsouth.net was not working anymore. I had to use password that I created for at&t/yahoo instead. Maybe you can try going through the Rogers server directly to ensure that your password still work.
