The 10th Parliament was the least successful in the history of Guyana, every time the MP's met, over 1.7 million was spent in covering cost, while yielding nothing....can a our nation afford such?. No one would be surprise when his excellency finally dissolved Parliament and call fresh elections, which would inevitable cement the AFC/APNU on the minority opposition benches.

The 10th Parliament is the 1st Minority Government Parliament.

The 10th Parliament has been the least successful because the PPP government has acted like a majority government, showing utter disdain for the views of the elected representatives of 51.3 percent of the electorate.

It was the least successful because Jagdeo's handpicked President Ramotar refused to assent bills initiated by the majority opposition and passed by the National Assembly.

In short, it was least successful because of PPP arrogance and inflexibility.
