Guyana desperately needs this in place. This Cabinet needs it fast.

Now we not talking about them 70 year olds like them chaps on the Sugar Review Commission.

I was humoured when I saw the name Vibert Parvattan. Absolute failure as a Minister of Agriculture and he was to lead the turn around on Guysuco.

The Panel of Experts will provide a review of, and guidance on, the treatment of the critical issues associated with the development of the BIG Project. The Panel of Experts will also advise the GoG on the status and likelihood of compliance with international best practices on the BIG projects.

The Panel of Experts’ review the projects, evaluate alternatives and make recommendation to cabinet.

The Panel's role is purely advisory in nature.
