The woes of the majority of the YOUTH stem from the abject poverty that grips their villages. Decades of poor governance have left literacy levels low, health care abysmal and other public services lacking.

 

This year Peya spending $35 billion on education yet many of these youths cannot pass CSEC Maths, when their counterpart in Barbados and the rest of the Caribbean are on their way to UWI and other universities.
