Barring a material rise in oil prices, the situation in Venezuela will get worst before it gets better.

Expect PetroCaribe to be transformed into a barter agreement.

USDA expects Venezuela paddy production to drop to below 500,000 in 2015.

Meaning - imports has to increase and their rice mills will need more of Guyana's paddy.

No one is watching Suriname but they are becoming an important exporter to Venezuela.

You can count on Suriname to always stab Guyana in its back.

Suriname can be handled by the GDF. Their military is even lightweightier than the GDF. Diplomacy for Venezuela and a little beatdown for Suriname.
