Extravagant Escape sounds like the PPP/C leaders’ strategy for the next five years. But no it’s one of the luxury homes on offer at the New Life Community at Providence East Bank Demerara being developed by Sunset Lakes Incorporated, the Bai Shan Lin subsidiary. The scheme is situated on 100 acres of land and originally was to offer homes for 386 homes selling for $55M to $100M but this was dropped earlier this year.  A FB post on  their site stated “New Reduced prices puts your chances of achieving that dream home even more within your reach. We now offer more flexibility and options. Lots ranging from USD 40,000 ($8,000,000) to USD 105,000. ”
