Bibi Jageshar speaks out.

The incident stemmed from domestic disturbance involving neighbours in Corentyne Berbice. Ranks visited the homes and enquiried what transpired. Sometime later, police were seen inside the house of Bibi Jageshar. The matter then escalated into a physical confrontation.
