2.  Seeing prices drop by over 25% while the cost of their inputs increases.

3.  Being so sloppy as to not ensuring adequate shipping to Venezuela, jeopardizing that market.

4.  Callously encouraging farmers to grow more rice even as markets don't exist.

5.  Laziness of the PPP which couldn't open up markets for Guyanese rice in the DR, which produces little rice, but is a rice consumer nation of 9 million.  Dominicans eat almost as much rice as do Guyanese, and yet we cant sell them ours?

This is why come 2016 the PPP will join the PNC as a "40%" party.
