PPP/C IS STINKING DUTTY POLITICAL PARTY LYING ON THE 200 TAXES INCREASED BY APNU+AFC

Listening to speaker after speaker of the Government in the National Assembly presentation on the 2022 Budget mentioning 200 Taxes(FAT LIE) increased by APNU+AFC.

I decided to do some checks VAT was reduced from 16% to 14% ,also there are hundreds of items and services which was exempted and zero rated by APNU+AFC Government ,the entire population benefited from the reduced taxes. The list is long to publish here.

Some of the media in Guyana published the LIE with out doing investigative journalism.

Back in 2018, the PPP argued that the APNU+AFC 2% reduction in VAT was insignificant. Is it less than 14% today?

THe total workforce for Guysicko is less than 6,000. The PPP lied when it claims that 7,000 were laid off.

I noticed recently, that the PPP is using the law on "cybercrime" to forbid any criticism of the Government; the said law which they claim infringes on the civil liberties of our people.

In the current budget, is there a reduction of Income Taxes as the PPP had promised in their election manifesto to provide a guaranteed “safe and secure society” – which is certainly what citizens envisage as part of the “good life”?

Is there any incentives in the budget to boost "Industrialization" ?
