This guy looks real goofy and if people in Guyana

You may agree but the fact remains his rise to power is not because he has a record of accomplishment. Similarly, why debate, that may bring to the public attention that no one is at home in that piggish head. He is just a surrogate for Jagdeo and two empty heads together does not make a better one.
