Results at 19 polling stations in Region 3 left out.

Despite describing the allegations made by GECOM commissioner Vincent Alexander against former Chief Elections Officer Gocool Boodhoo as 'electrifying' and 'shocking' the opposition media have been completely silent on another set of disclosures by another member of the commission. In a letter published in the both the Kaieteur and Stabroek News GECOM commissioner Dr. Keshav Mangal chided Alexander for omitting in his disclosure that Returning Officer for Region 3, Farley Sobers went to the full commission one week after Final Results and Allocation of seats were declared –  where he apologized for leaving out seven pages of results covering some 19 Polling Places in his tabulation of results for the said region which he gave in his declaration of results and which had to be accepted by Boodhoo for his final tabulation.

Stabroek News edited out this aspect of the letter during its publication and questions are being asked as to the reason behind the silence from the supposedly independent media. This revelation has more bearing than Alexander's allegation against Boodhoo as it means that the governing PPP/C had in fact won a majority of the parliamentary seats if the excluded votes in one of its traditional strong areas were taken into account. Mangal said that  the adopted minutes of the commission meeting in question can prove his claim.

You folks are jokers. With that creep being paid some 10 k a month you are now here telling us that some single individual was in possession of "his tabulation of results" and this dedicated officer handed it some weeks later and none of the people in charge knew of it? I say fire the incompetent lot!

The media is silent because they know it is another PPP concoction to play the victim of some manufactured injustice. They know well if there are indeed victims it is the Guyanese people who have to put up with  these barefaced scoundrels.

I guess the proof is their use of it to shut down the PPP leech projects. They are not losing sleep over demonstrating the depth and scope of the PPP perverse grifting schemes.
