PPP Government is a complete failure

GEORGETOWN: A leader of the PPP privately said to me that the PPP-led government completely failed to restore peace and unity in Guyana.

He said situation in Guyana was turning from bad to worse with every passing day. She said the target killings and uncertain circumstances were reflecting upon the trade and industry, and growth of business activities had come to a standstill as the present rulers believe in corruption only.

Referring to the political situation, this PPP leader said the PPP leadership was confused over their popularity, continuing to think the new breed like Nandalal and Manickchand will save them totally neglecting the old guard.

He said that one old guard at a recent Freedom House meeting demanded a return of his Minister work since he has done his time to only see a squad of childish neophytes run amok over the country. He said the public show of the PPP in 2011 was a historical event in which all were against the PPP, even PPP supporters.

the poor people of Berbice continue to punish because of the PPP.

The PPP is bad for Guyana.

In Berbice more and more PPP supporters are turning away from the PPP as more corruption is being exposed. Where are the jobs being created for Berbicians?
