How do you rig an election that wasn't called or held? A BTW ask the PNC/APNU Robert Corbin why the election wasn't called? You guys need to know the facts. It is undeniable that they did not hold local elections in 2 decades. None of the NDCs were functioning.  Nothing got done.  In Region 6, in the absence of active, functioning NDCs, everything had to go through the Regional Office which is counter to the purpose of NDCs.

They did not dig drains, did not pick up garbage, no street lights installed, roads not maintained, rice canals not dug, mosquitoes take over, flies take over, worms to your doorsteps when it rains.

Jagan complained of LGE not held and they came in and did the same as the OLD PNC. Ramotar refused to hold LGE.  That is rigging too.
