Is it not amazing? Here in the US where there is big money in campaigns and lots of options for independent expenditures, taking a boat like that without knowing whose boat it is and accounting for its use one can easily go to jail on account of it. There in Guyana, they just get a crony on the promise of graft to donate a boat and feel they are in a democratic process and "campaigning" not swindling.
