If I were granger, accept the offer but have China allocate reservation lands for Guyanese and grant them proxy Chinese citizenship.

And what will you do if a child is born out of wedlock.   But I do agree such should be discouraged.

The Chinese have been giving millions of dollars of military equipment to Guyana for the last couple years.
