This is the happiest I have seen school kids look and behave for more than two decades. If this was a PPP event the kites would have been hidden away in a basement by Sataur or Rohee.

Whether they got free kites or not, I wish all Guyanese kids a happy fun-filled kite-flying Easter.

They can work at the middle or top, but the top ones are usually a single strip attached to each side. The middle ones consist of a bunch of narrow strips.

We use to put double frills(two layers) on each side. Kite paper was only 1 cent a sheet.

This is why the PPP will lose.  They only want to "consolidate the East Indian support base".
