How did this discussion get to this when the original topic was the address of the UWCD graduate Irfaan Ali to the UN General Assembly? Rig or frig, the fact remains that a crooked academic fraudster is now Guyana's president.  His academic level is really that of a high school dropout and he is an embarrassment to Guyanese wherever they live.

I got land first from Desmond Hoyte Economic Recovery Plan which the PPP seized because No Indian supposed to get from the PNC. UNLESS THEY WERE A PNC member.
