President David Granger arrived this afternoon in Saudi Arabia to attend the inaugural Arab-Islamic-American Summit, which is being held under the theme ‘Together We Prevail’. The Guyana delegation includes Minister of Foreign Affairs, Carl Greenidge.

If there is one thing I like about President Granger, it is his classy style of dress. I am sure that there is a classy woman (First Lady) behind him.

This is not a political trip and I hope that he represents us well during this trip.

Don't fool yourself Chief, you running nothing but some terror camps and Madarsses.  Granger is a headless chicken seeking validation and lil money where ever he can.  Burnham did the same and did not repay many loaners!

During the time of Burnham Guyana had embassies from many Muslim Countries

First you complain the government is doing nothing to promote sugar. Next thing you complaining he is spending tax payers money to try to promote the sugar trade.

Nonsense, the saudi have no interest in buying sugar above market value when they can buy it cheaper elsewhere.  In fact the only reason they entertain this dunce is to see if they can control the oil.

NO TAXPAYER DOLLARS was spent. The Saudis paid for the trip

Where is the evidence of this? The jackass found money from the nation's coffer to pay for this trip but couldn't help the Amerindians from flooding.

WTF are these fools doing there

For the life of me, I cannot come up with one good reason for all these asses to be paraded in front on the orange-o-tang.

The Saudi monarchy is the worse enemy of the mulsim people.

Granger is not one of my  favourite people, after what is happening with Indians in Berbice.  Closing Rose Hall estate with no plans for the workers  and additional taxes for a lot of items  on worker's limited income, for a people struggling to survive.

BUT, is he supposed to be superhuman and better physically that any one of us  at that age, who flew half way around the world, attend meetings/functions in different time zones  and be as attentive  you want him to be.  FYI, sleep deprivation is a torture method, used by many countries. When a body needs sleep, it will take it, no matter where.

It is  obvious that those who condemn his  involuntary bodily needs have not travelled for numerous hours to other countries and try to stay awake for the next hours at meetings and functions, while  trying to act normal.

If you want to know why he is there. Its a simple brain-wave you might have.  Ask his office, because he is accountable to the Guyanese taxpayers.

And who are you to talk, is that not who/what you all supported and relentlessly cuss the PPP and BJ?  Those bannas (PPP) had their faults and Baseman do criticize on specific issues however, they kept the ship afloat and moving forward.  With all their short comings, they were the better party to rule Guyana!  But you people were too dunce or too angry to see the folly of your mischief!

And WTF is all that shyte after the first para, are you going demented?

Regardless of the long distance and indeed time consuming ones, a person must be alert at the meetings.

Of the numerous such instances, Canadians may recall the event where then Prime Minister Joe Clark arrived at his destination but unfortunately his luggage went to another country.

Joe Clark got readied the best he could and he attended the necessary functions in his rumpled clothes.

So,  you are  the only one to have an opinion ?

I was wrong in saying the PPP screwed us  in Berbice.  It was the PPP  officials  who took indirect signals  from Jagdeo and things became more challenging.

What was upsetting, the parents of the youth we were trying to help voted for these officials  and they seem to care less about  the people's welfare.
