Waste of taxpayers' money. Should have stayed home and take care of drug dealers Lear Goring and Noel Blackman. Why worry with migrants and refugees? Guyana needs more help than the migrants and refugees. The man looks like a deer lost in the headlights. Is he going to offer that Guyana will take some of the refugees and migrants? I think he is out of his league here.

Glad he listened to us last year when he dressed like a pastor and we were so embarrassed. He's wearing black jacket and white shirt but still no tie. The man is rebelling against the tie!
