@Django: I saw you mentioned region 4 population increased. Maybe there was an increase but many of the people migrated. Not because the population of region 4 increased means that all those people voted for PNC. We have seen a lot of blacks around Georgetown and other parts of region 4 were backing the PPP. Not because PPP lost region 4 they lost the election. It happens that the PNC refused to admit they fell short and should and must leave.
