Albert, what are the alternatives for victims of abuse when they are turned away by the authorities? Your PPP has taken the position in the past that this is a private matter between the couples.

If this bill is passed then half the indo_men in Guyana will be prodecuted and fined thousands. THis is a good way to collect revenue... The judges need a raise..
