When I look at the choices we have today regarding political leaders I say to myself the Jagan specie is now extinct. Jagan was unique and almost impossible to emulate. Ramotar ought to show us that he is serious about governing and solving the problems the Guyanese people is facing.

This bastard has spent even more time than Jagdeo outside the country than Jagdeo. What the hell is going on? Why is he not there trying to fix the broken legs of our sociopolitical system and let the foreign affairs team do the visiting. What was he doing on OMAI board? How did his daughter get on the WB ahead of others long on the job and equally qualified. Did his sons compete among other guyanese for their jobs or sheer excellence got them there?

Then there is the pervasive level of corruption in the PPP under his watch or as he watched. Pradoville one and two, the NICIL brazen transfer of state assets to cronies and the rationalizing of the architects of that theft as good custodians by him.

And this is mere casual account of a long list of demerits he has accrued by association with a kelptocratic party or by being complicit.

You may have sat next to him but were you truly looking for the real person or simply as an adoring lackey? Then there is the matter of the fish being unable to discover the medium in which it swims!
