Third term and serving three consecutive terms are quite different.

Three consecutive terms is quite explicit.

Third or three terms can mean three alternate terms or two consecutive terms plus another term at a later time.

The constitution is quite clear that a person can serve no more than two consecutive terms.

There does not seem to be a provision in the constitution to prohibit a person from serving another term with a distinct separation from the two-term stipulation.

Django, thanks for the info.  the last statement shows him not as definitive as he was previously. However, he did not confirm one way or the other. His response on the later interview was the typical political response. He wanted to talk more on his role in the immediate future. Time will tell.

I suspect that as he has gotten older and uglier he has been getting less attention from the boys. Hence his very angry and vindictive persona, which has become even angrier and more vindictive over the past 2 years.

Jagdeo can be a "sugar mummy" though like that Bisram character.  Some young boys might love the money, even if they don't usually go in that direction.
