All emergency vehicles would have  lights flashing while cruising the rd to their destinations when their is no emergency. They like the publicity.

Drivers, don’t know exactly when their is a emergency, as a result they will continue to drive. the drivers of emergency vehicles are abusing the system. And so is private security agencies.

Ministers vehicles are also guilty of this four way  flashing and speeding.
PPP government had put a stop to their ministry drivers and asked the police to prosecute guilty drivers.

Everything has gone back to Burnham days of running a country.

Experience should tell some of u that driving in Guyana is a hair raising affair. Nothing will change. These people drive like madmen. It's like being at the Tehmeri circuit on a big race. The vehicle I was in going to the airport early one morning almost got witten off by one of those big German sand truck.

Jagdeo acted to bring down the PNC-sponsored terrorists when the PPP minister got assassinated.  Prior to that, he just wring his hands while scores of Indians, police and other were being slaughtered.  Similarly PNC don't give a fk about who dies in crashes, banditry, rape, lack of care.  Until someone close to them get affected, they come with some half-ass short-lived pronouncement.

Neither the PPP nor the PNC will change because they are never are held to account by their legions of Cane Cutters and Bush Negros who will stick with them even if they get White Mouth!

A few years ago my brother and I were traveling in a minibus from NA to Skeldon. The driver seemed to think that he must get to Skeldon in 10 mins and the passengers were yelling at him. When we got to Rosehall for a stop, my brother and I walked out of his bus. I told him he might get to hell before he gets home. He asked me for the passage. I told him that he took my life into his hands, why should I pay... he did not get me to my destination.
