The photograph below taken in 2012 shows the jury foreman from the Lusigana trial, in the yellow shirt, standing in a PPP picket line held outside the Supreme Court, protesting against my representation of the families of the victims of the Police shooting. This protest was held during the Linden Commission of Inquiry. This was less than a year before the commencement of the Lusiganan trial. You will note the presence of several high ranking PPP executive member in the picket line. -Nigel Hughes

Whether the jury foreman was a PPP member or not, he was also a client of Nigel Hughes for a number of years. It still remains a conflict of interest on a criminal court case. The law must take its course.
He was planted by the PPP. Just as the PPP planted agitators in Linden, Buxton, Berbice etc.
Must read the COI report again and show me where the PPP planted agitators in Linden.

The COI report was a white wash. There were people in the crowd calling for trouble, but who were not recognized as being from the Linden area. That was not mentioned in the report.
The Commission of Inquiry is a tripartite agreement that is a waste of money, cause of death and damages to public and private properties. All parties should share the blame equally.
