Proprietor of Xstream Clean Cars Complex expresses confidence in Guyana – as wash bay opens

Prime Minister Samuel Hinds today officially opened the Xstream Clean Cars Complex on South Road, Georgetown, following which his car was the first to receive a wash.

Commending the Owner and Managing Director of the wash bay, Joachim Bayah for his business achievement, the Prime Minister noted that success is based on good services.

“Things are changing and evolving in Guyana, and we’re slowly making life better here …our country is growing and developing,” he pointed out, and encouraged persons to experience the wash bay’s services.

Bayah highlighted that making such an investment is a reflection of his confidence in Guyana. He pointed out the wash bay’s building materials are all local.

Bayah said that the Credit Union has been a partner in supporting this investment from the start and that ATM machines will also be installed on the premises. There will also be a canteen at the front of the complex.

Normally most car washes don’t integrate bottom washes, engine or wheel cleaning, and the complex offers all of those, Bayah said.

The water being used is supplied by the Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) and it is continuously being recycled. A control panel water tank at the back of the wash bay supplies the water.

Minibuses can be washed for $1500, cars and other vehicles below seven feet are $2000 and trucks and larger vehicles, $3000.
