The PPP looks into the vault of history and sees as its only hope for getting over the hump Monday is stoking the racial insecurities of Indians toward Blacks.
The PPP refuses to see the future and use it aspirationally to move Guyana forward. It fears the openness of the Internet; transparent government and oversight by the public.
The PPP feels the subjects it governs knows nothing and must be shepherded. It avoids the notion of government being beholden to the people.
That's why we see here on GNI the backwardness about the human condition and the position that Guyanese can never look forward. It is not so much insulting Guyanese but treating them as less than an intelligent partner.
The PPP seriously believes that Monday is about race. The Guyanese people sees Monday as about competence and respect for law and order. They will vote and show the PPP how wrong it is for taking Guyanese for a ride. The ride is over, baby!
