The PPP does not do anything that is not to their advantage. That they   suspended  parliament also points to some strategy that failed or they would not have taken this nuclear option of last resort. Note, their iconic creation narrative involves being kicked from office by the British who suspended the constitution to remove them inappropriately.They went straight out and destroyed that lass bastion of their victimization narrative by doing exactly that with this parliament. Obviously it was out of desperation to save their behinds!
