The crime situation might be too large for any government to handle, due to inadequate police and corrupt officers.

Ramjattan's inaction seems to be similer to Rohee and the people in Berbice are still protesting.

I heard that Ramjattan is frustrated that he is not getting any help from the President in running the police Ministry. Moses told him that he is sorry but black people just don't listen to an Indo_guyanese. Ramjattan is a decent man but sometimes bullyish. He is sorry for making the mistake of joind the PNC in an holy alliance, which is now screwing up the nation.
