Following his reappointment hours earlier as Alliance For Change (AFC) leader, Khemraj Ramjattan has received the majority support of delegates at the party’s National Executive Conference (NEC) to be the prime ministerial candidate for governing coalition at the next elections.
A motion on the selection of the prime ministerial candidate was considered at the NEC, which is still ongoing.

Interestingly, the last big name person to enter the AFC is the first one out. Proves that the AFC thinks even less of Nagamootoo than we do.

Janet didn’t like him for his dishonesty.. he stole from PPP. It was Jagan who kept him.
