The recount is not the same...    The rigging is on..     The PPP total is being reduced on a daily basis by almost 3,000 votes. From lilandaal to cane grove, the PPP alway gets the majority.  This time it is not so.    GT is a runaway for the PNC and that is why they always win Region 4.

The recount haven't reached that area.

Currently it's South Georgetown, the starting point was from East Bank Demerara ,to the end of East Coast Demerara.

East Bank Demerara is mostly a tie,Georgetown is majority APNU+AFC ,the PPP usually ahead on East Coast Demerara.

Region 4 count is underway but Claudette put the slowest person she can find at that station. Current projection has that Station to be finished counting sometime next year.
