Ramotar quoted most of the linbes from teh AFC's
Action Plan for Guyana..At one stage he said that the AFC plan ...and then he stutter and said the PPP plan for Guyana....Never know the Duck can give a stutter quack

The PPP is well known for stealing other people's material and calling it their own.

Their limited intelligence prevent them from creating their own.
